Hailing from Zimbabwe, Nhamburo holds a Masters degree in Computational Mathematics from the University of Oxford, a Masters of Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester, and a Bachelors in Physics from Leeds University. Nhamburo is particularly interested in bridging modern technologies and opportunities with cultural and traditional strengths of remote peoples. He is committed to culturalization of curricula and has developed various mechanisms for teaching music, culture, and oral traditions through modern computer and software technology. He co-founded Community Development Network (CDN) in Oxford during 2001 and has done work for CDN in Nepal, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and England.
