The Human Dignity for Islam (HDFI)
The Human Dignity for Islam (HDFI) Project was initiated by the Community Development Network(CDN) in partnership with the Office of the National Chief Imam (ONCI) of Ghana to educate Islamic communities on the importance of human dignity.
Centers were established in three key regions Accra, Kumasi, and Tamale where participants received structured lessons on human dignity, guided by teachings from the Quran and Hadith. All educational materials were carefully curated by CDN and made accessible via offline servers, ensuring that participants could engage with the content without incurring data costs.
In the past two years, there have been two HDFI graduations with over 500 participants completing the human dignity course and coming to the knowledge of their worth and value. Currently, CDN is in its third phase of the HDFI Project.
